ILONGO charges NO platform fees on donations. We have a 0% platform fee. We rely on the generosity of our users to power the platform.
We’d like to assure you that your donation reaches the beneficiary as we have several parameters in place for that. Firstly, the moment you make a donation, a mail goes out to the organizer, and later you receive periodical emails whenever they post an update. We make sure that funds are transferred to the beneficiary against relevant documents, bills/invoices, and that an update is posted on the fundraiser page to maintain trust and transparency.
